This was the Mt. Sac meet in LA where Josh wanted to run his 13:30 5k. There were 40 guys in this one heat, and 30 of them are professional runners (3 of which are olympians). Josh took 7th overall and ran a time 13:25!Breaking the BYU record by 7 seconds!! (You can see him on the right hand side, in the white uniform.)
