Anti-gravity treadmill
Here a few pictures of Josh running on the anti-gravity treadmill. There's a pair or shorts that you get into that zips onto this black "bubble" thing that you see in the picture. Inside the "bubble" the air pressure is increased so you weigh less. Josh normally runs at about 70% his body weight (85 lbs), but you could put it so that you weigh nothing at all. The athletes run on this to help with high mileage, less impact or if they're injured- like Josh is. He has a torn tendon in his right leg, so he's taking it easy the next few weeks. Anyhow, thought you might like to see the crazy Nike contraptions that we have here.

Also, Josh was featured on a radio show today. If you're intersted you can listen to the interview by clicking on the following link!! Josh talks about his marathon debut, his mission and faith, and believe it or not Mitt Romney! http://www.thefinalsprint.com/2007/11/podcast-104-josh-rohatinsky-on-his-marathon-debut-faith-salazar-mitt-romney-more/

dude, that's really nifty. He kind of reminds me of one of those half horse, half men things (w/e you call them!)

That thing looks awesome! Do you think Adrienne could borrow this after the baby is born. It would make her feel really good.
