Josh has been in Scotland this whole week for the Cross Country World Championships! He raced on the 30th and ended up doing really well. There were 230 guys in the race and he took 44th. We're all used to Josh winning races or at least being up in the top, so 44th probably catches you by surprise- but you have to understand that that is in the WORLD! He was the 2nd USA guy to finish and the 5th non-African to come in. We were really excited that he did so well. He had a rib pop out early on in the race, so that made it a bit difficult (it only feels like you're breathing through a straw- not that bad, right?)!

I hope you're feeling good. Congrats on Scotland too. We'll be keeping an eye out on future races. :-) Good Luck!
