Jessica (my sis.) just finished her first year at BYU-I a couple of weeks ago, and thankfully I was able to persuade her to come and stay with us for a few days before she went home! We loved having her out here...so much in fact that when it came time for her to leave- I went with her! Josh had to stay and run, but I got to go home for a couple of days. Jessi and I got to talking while she was here about making a baby quilt, so that was our project in K. Falls! Jessica made a quilt for a friend and my mom and I made a "gender neutral" blanket! As you can see I chose a lot of blue...but I figured it could swing more for a girl than pink can for a boy.
It was nice to be home and to actually see the sun! My dad BBQ'd for us a lot, which was amazing- this baby inside of me loves steak (that only seems to convince Josh more that we are having a boy)!
Julie, Jeremy and their kids came over one night, along with TJ & Alan so that we could make smores. We tried making smores with strawberry, chocolate and coconut marshmellows, and reeses, york peppermint patties, 3 Musketeers, etc...for the chocolate! I recommend it!

I would hate to burst Josh's bubble about having a boy, but all I craved during my pregnancy was steak and I had a girl!
The quilt is very cute, it is nice to see your Nauvoo skills are still being used! Mine are a little rusty.

Wow when do you get to find out what you're having? Travis got so tall. I wish I could see my sisters and make a quilt with them. You guys are so much fun. Adrienne

Great job on the quilts, ladies. They look so cut. Also - I'm pretty sure that's the tallest Jenga game I've ever seen. Crazy!
