Josh raced the Olympic Trials 10k this past Friday, July 4th!! He ended up taking 5th, which means that he just barely missed making the Olympic team because they only take the top 3, but it was still amazing to be there and to watch the whole thing. Josh's race was packed with guys who could have easily qualified, so it was a really interesting race to watch. He ran against 5 or 6 Olympians, and beat all but one of them.

Hey, just want to say congrats on a great session. The networks here didn't follow the online schedule so I missed the race but was glad to see you ran so well. I found your blog because I was searching you and McAdams for a presentation I am giving to my summer school class tomorrow. I am going to show some footage and talk about some of my training research that I've been doing as an example for the kids. Anyway, I hope you take some time off and go somewhere with Jen. Only a couple more months till the baby! Good luck with everything. You're Awesome!
I meant to say season. Sorry.
Great job Josh, I have never met you but my whole family stayed up late to watch you race and were all cheering you on. Oh and Jena you are looking so cute with that belly of yours. You look really pregnant now, so cute.
Josh, you da man buddy. That was a great race and a great time. I watched it on TV and thought if you had a couple more laps you could have got Torres. You and that chase pack were working well together. Anyway, way to go and keep up the good work. Oh and good luck to both you and Jena with the baby. That will be even more work that running. Ha ha. Way to go.
Ryan
Your Grandma Mortenson clued me in to the upcoming race last Friday so I thoroughly enjoyed watching it. Also, I'm enjoying your blog very much and am anxiously watching for the latest baby news!
You look so cute with your belly! I love it! I don't know how you stand having a husband who races. I get nervous for him just looking at the pictures.
Way to go guys! What an awesome race.
Josh, Great Work!!
Josh:
It was awesome to see you race! You ran so well, and it is obvious that you are a force to be reckoned with. Good luck this season! We'll be cheering for you!
Richard
Wow, way to go Josh. What a neat thing to be apart of. Jena, I hope the pregnancy is going well. I am only like 2 weeks behind you! Good luck with everything.
Jena, so I was way off on me being only 2 weeks behind you. For some reason I thought your blog said you had 25 weeks to go, but you are 25 weeks along. Ya, I still have 25 weeks, so you're way ahead!!
