August

I'm going to take a break from the string of political posts that I put up and instead add some family pictures! Much more entertaining, I know.
Summer went by so fast. Here I am at 34 weeks preggo. I can't believe I only have 6 weeks left. I'm sure it will be more like 7 1/2 (I was 9 days late with Logan), but I can hope for 6 (or less), right? We still don't have a name for the baby, so please throw out some suggestions. I really like Shaffer and Josh really likes Myles, but other than that we are clueless.
I am so excited to be a mom again. I talked to a really sweet lady at the grocery store who has 2 kids that are 13 months apart and she was so positive and uplifting. Although she'll never know it she has helped calm a zillion fears and made me really happy and excited to have another baby boy. I can't wait to hold him in my arms and have him in our family. I'll even go as far as saying that I can't wait to be up at night feeding and holding my baby. SHOCKING, I know! (Easy for me to say now that I'm not actually doing it.)

We got to go to the Oregon State Fair with Brad & Molly. We had a lot of fun checking out the different things they had set up. Logan was really tired by the time we were done and ended up getting totally freaked out by the animals- poor kiddo. He balled his eyes out when the goats made their noises and when a goose honked! After those two dramatic experiences we knew it was time to call it quits and get him home for a nap.

And this crazy picture is taken from our Mac. They have a program where you can take funky pictures and this is one that I caught of Logan- Hilarious!

And all these pictures are just to show you how I find Logan 99% of the time. He is always climbing or getting into something. I don't mind the tupperware so much, but it's the flowers I don't want him getting in to; which, of course, is his favorite item this week! I think he is officially teething this week too. Yahoo! He is 10 months now, and still doesn't have any teeth, but I can feel some bumps on the bottom and he has a runny nose now and isn't sleeping as comfortably. Hopefully they pop up fast, so he can return to his happy, normal self.

you look great! me and my sis. are 13 months apart... it was fun. We always played together and had a ball! my mom says it was nice b/c she didn't have to entertain us. Hopefully it'll be great once you get past that first year. also, tell me your secret for getting logan to sleep though the night- that is DEFINATELY not the story with Millie- waahhh! anyways, hope you're still feeling ok.

He is a doll- and so are you! I love hearing how excited you are about having another baby. I'm crazy about pregnancy and babies! I love when mothers express their excitement... I truly love being a mother and I think I need to tell more people because it is such a special feeling. You will do great with both the boys. I know I've said this before, but my brother and I are 12 months apart and so we had a unique closeness growing up!

Jenna, you just get more beautiful by the day. I can't wait to meet your next little guy. If you're ever in need of an extra set of hands at church, I would sure be glad to help you and Josh. :)

Okay first Jenna you look adorable! Logan is so cute! Josh you are such a happy daddy!
And Will and I think that Myles would be the most perfect name for your new baby. That is our vote, it would be so fitting!

Love you both dearly!

Our first two pregnancies/babies sound so much alike!! You are doing it slightly quicker than I did, but Carter didn't get his first tooth until he was one, he didn't walk until the week before Andi was born, and they were pretty close in age. You are going to love it!! I am so excited for you!! I will definitely send some early vibes your way.

PS... I love the name Cole. Just throwing it out there!

Jena, you looked so good for being pregnant. Especially for not having a lot of time to recover from the last one. Seriously you look so good. And I love that picture of Logan on the computer. Those make me laugh so hard. And I read some of your political posts. It is really scary what is happening and the kind of people that are in charge. Obama comes off as this really great guy, but man it really creeps me out who he picks to work with him and how so many people like worship him. Heaven help us!!

You look fabulous Jena! I've been meaning to call you...I will in the VERY near future. Josh's parents' playpen is in my trunk and I feel so bad that it's been there this long, I need their address and to catch up! By the way I saw a huge picture of Josh in the Smith fieldhouse! :)

Jena I just have to say that you are the cutest pregnant gal I have ever seen. You look so amazing. I don't look nearly that good not pregnant. I love the name Myles for a boy so cute, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law are having a baby boy next month and naming him Miles. Whatever name you pick though will be so cute. You have such a cute family and are going to do so good with two young babies. I love that my girls are 3 years apart but I kinda wished I would have had them a little closer together because right now it is really hard for Olivia with not having a someone to play with. Good luck with everything, so excited what this new little bundle will look like. Have fun these last few weeks and try to get as much rest as you can.
