Rohatinsky Family: July wrap up

I have approximately -20 minutes to do this blog post but I want to some July pictures out here before we start into August. August is going to be crazy. We have a big family reunion, and a big fatty move that we will have only 9 days to get ready for. Therefore, this is brief and here are some random pictures and a teeny tiny bit of commentary from the past few weeks.

I can't begin to tell you how obsessed Logan is with Backyardigans. I swear I am in control and don't let him watch all day long (or even every day for that matter). He has now learned the word "show" and he says it approximately 1500 times a day. I gave him one of the DVD cases the other day and he thought it was the most amazing gift of all time. He jumped (literally) for joy and shouted, "Yes! Yes! Yes!"...so now...as you can see he has been pretty inseparable from it since.

Life is good...the thumb, the DVD case, ANNDDD a show....too good to be true!

Speaking of which, he had his 9 month check up. He was 20 lbs, 12 oz. (52%), and ?" (90%). He is such a good baby. He has 2 teeth now (and more on the way) and smiles all the time. He is a HUGE mama's boy and wants to be held 90% of the time. He is really ticklish and is already walking along side the couch. He can stand up on his own for 2 or 3 seconds (sometimes). He is a great cuddler and he completely melts my heart. I want another one....(that isn't a hint at anything).

New hat. I think it's cute.

I tried to sneak in and take a picture of him sleeping with his Backyardigans DVD...turns out he wasn't quite asleep. I think it's because it was too hot! (Did you notice how sweaty he is?)

We did our stake 5K on Pioneer Day. Turns out they weren't eeeexxxxactly accurate with the distance. They told us to do 5 laps and each lap was about 1k....4 1/2 miles later we finished! Turns out I'm not fast at all. For some reason I think that I am fast....turns out I'm not!
