Not an April Fools joke!

No this is not an April Fools joke. Seriously! I guess I didn't choose a very serious day to announce this, but yes, it's true- I am "big with child" once more!

I have debated over how to announce this ever since I found out because I'm sure it is more shocking to everyone on here than it was to me. Actually that's a huge fat lie, I don't know if anyone was more surprised than me...but I do realize how surprising this will be.
Before I explain things I have to say that I am SO grateful for this blessing. We already love this baby so much and can't wait to meet him or her. If it really is true what they say about how you will love the 2nd (and all others) as much as you love the first, then truly this baby will be in good lovin' hands because we are totally hooked and addicted to Logan!

That being said...here are some FAQ's (Freqently Asked Questions):

1.)Did we plan this? -Are you crazy? 100% No. We were all for the 2-3 year age gap plan, but we'll definitely take him/her...happily!
2.)How far apart will Logan and this baby be? -A big fat whopping 11 1/2 months. Again, I'm not kidding.
3.)How far along am I? - 11 weeks.
4.)When am I due? -October 22nd. (Logan was born Nov. 6th.)
5.)How do we feel about it? -Truthfully, Josh has been excited ever since we found out, no reservations, no fear, no worry, just genuinely happy! I on the other hand nearly had a panic attack and an emotional break down for the first few weeks. Honestly I don't think I have ever been so scared in my life but I have definitely warmed up to the idea and I am really excited.

As a lot of you know Josh and I tried for 2 years to have Logan. I learned a lot about accepting Heavenly Father's will and accepting His timeline for things. Once we finally did get pregnant with Logan I could look back and see how perfect the timing was and how all along Heavenly Father had watched over and provided for us. Just as I couldn't understand God's timing with Logan in the beginning and why we had to wait, I don't understand how it can be the best thing for me to be pregnant so soon...but like I said, the lesson I learned last time was ultimately that God knows what He's doing and He always does what is best for us. So, come baby Rohat #2- we love you and can't wait for you to join our big fat, lovin' family!

Wow! Congratulations! You know Heavenly Father always does things that He knows we can handle. So obvisouly He knows that you will do amazing with this, and will be able to cope. I on the other hand would not and that is why my first and second are going to be 3 years apart. I'm so excited for you though, thats great. Can't wait to see what you have.

Congratulations Josh and Jenna!!! How exciting. My first two were 12 months and 2 weeks to the day apart. I was quite anemic with the second pregnancy so close but nothing a few pills couldn't help me through. The best part is Logan will have a close sibling to grow up with now. :)

Congratulations! It is funny how Heavenly Father plans things! Our children are almost 5 years a part and I remember the questioning that went on when I thought we wouldn't be able to have a second child after having Maisey so easily... Everything works out and my brother and I are very close, with birthdays on 4/15 and 4/16... He was born first on the 16th and me nearly a year later on the 15th. So, even if they are different genders, they can still be close!

Wow! Congrats, but I'm glad it's you and not me :o). I'm sure you'll do great with 2 babies. They will get to go through all of the same stages together, so that should be fun.

Ya know, Katelyn and I are only 18 months apart, and at first it was tough. We fought a lot when we were younger, but as we got older, we got to be better and better friends. Now that I'm as old as I am, I'm glad it turned out that way, because I'm REALLY close to Katelyn, and I'm not sure if we'd be AS close if we were spaced farther apart. As scary as it might be at first, I'm sure everything will turn out famously! You guys are such a stinkin' cute family, and I can't wait to see your new stinkin cute addition!

That is so awesome!! Brooklyn and Colton are 11 months apart and it is fun and crazy! The older they get, I love that they play together. There have been some wild time like when Colton was born, Brooklyn wasn't walking yet so my hands were always holding one or two. You will love it. We are so excited for you.

Wow, congratulations! This is Rohan's old roommate Andy's wife, I got to your blog through McAdam's blog. It took us 2 years to have our baby, too (I think they're about the same age, he's 7 1/2 months)--I hope that when it's time our second one comes easier, like yours! What a blessing! I hope your pregnancy is going well!

Jena, I was shocked and kept waiting for the Just Kidding. But congrats. Sometimes our timing, or what we think would be good timing can be so different from Heavenly Fathers, but He does always know best. What faith you have. Good luck with the pregnancy and taking care of that darling boy, he is so dang cute and growing so fast. And it is true, you will love the second as much as the first, its amazing.

Wow Jena,
Remind me not to go this long without checking your blog again!!! That is crazy! Life is a funny thing :). How exciting!

congrats guys. That's cool. seriously. As long as you are going to have one kid and be out of shape etc. just have more, seriously, that's what I always think. That's my plan at least, but I don't have any announcements to make just yet...also, Then you'll be young while raising kids and when they leave you and josh will still be young and can go do fun things together! Josh told me Josh was asking abt. my doc. in provo. he was good, but I always had to wait forever. Call me if you have any q's. There is a great doc. from my home ward, Dr. Gourley. A couple of my friends had him and liked him. (I obviously didn't want to have a doc. who was in my ward. wierd) Good luck! hopefully we'll get to see you guys this summer!
